An experience of singing and presence
Singing together here is not about singing in the usual sense.
It is about settling, breathing, and allowing the vibration of the chant to bring us back to presence.
Mantras and chants from around the world are ancient sounds, carrying deep vibrations that support presence, the breath, and grounding in the body.
It is not about singing “well” or striving for performance.
Above all, it is a space to settle, breathe, and let the vibration of the chant move through the body, the heart, and the mind.
