Terms and Conditions

Bookings

Appointments can be made online, by email or by phone.

A booking is considered confirmed once it has been agreed upon.
 

Payment

Payment is made on-site or according to the agreed terms.

For certain services (workshops, retreats, events), a deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure the booking.
 

Cancellation

Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.

For workshops, retreats or events, specific conditions may apply and will be communicated upon registration.
 

Late Arrival

In case of late arrival, the session duration may be shortened in order to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
The full price remains applicable.
 

Gift Vouchers and Subscriptions

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Massage subscriptions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

After the expiration date, they may no longer be accepted.

Extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Gift vouchers and subscriptions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
 

Responsibility

The services offered are part of a well-being and personal development approach.

Each participant remains responsible for their own health and participation in sessions, workshops or events.
 

Changes

Dorota Alaya reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
